My name is Sam Formby I grew up in a place called Scarisbrick and I suffered a brain haemorrhage at the age of 16 years old. THERE IS NO GLORY IN DEFEAT, EG NEVER GIVE UP, STAY STRONG.  I want to pass on my positivity and my outlook on life by setting up a business and a Charity to help other Disabled people access the gym and live the best life they can. I am wheel chair bound but this has not stopped me leading an active life. For the last 16 years I have regularly gone to the gym and at the age of 29 I completed a marathon on my hand cycle.
